Quick Setup

1. Clone and configure:

   git clone https://github.com/your-org/congressmcp
   cd congressmcp
   cp .env.example .env
   

2. Add your Congress.gov API key:

   # Edit .env file
   CONGRESS_API_KEY=your_api_key_here
   

3. Install and run:

   pip install -r requirements.txt
   python run_server.py
